I'm Preston, founder of PJL Telecom. I started the business in Colorado in 2018 with a straightforward idea: a business phone system should be useful, fairly priced and supported by someone who understands how it's configured.
PJL provides managed phone systems to businesses across the United States. Our work includes hospitality customers with guest-room and front desk requirements, along with other businesses that need dependable call routing and straightforward support.
Today PJL operates from Prescott, Arizona. The work remains personal. We plan deployments, configure systems and help customers make changes as their needs evolve.
We quote the managed system separately from calling, phone numbers and any optional services. No per-user licensing fee hidden in the base price.
We design call flows around how the business actually works, then help customers make practical changes over time.
We're a smaller operation by design. You'll deal with people familiar with the service, not a generic sales script.
