Why PJL Telecom Exists
Most phone companies treat small businesses as an afterthought. You get overcharged for basic features, stuck in long contracts, and when something breaks, you're on hold for an hour listening to elevator music before someone reads you a script.
I built PJL Telecom to do things differently. The principle is simple: treat every client the way I'd want to be treated. That means honest pricing with every feature included, real human support from someone who knows your name and your account, and phone systems configured to match how your business actually works, not some one-size-fits-all template.
I'm Preston. I started PJL in Colorado, and what began small has grown into a VoIP provider serving clients nationwide, from hotels and non-profits in California to growing companies in Texas and everywhere in between. In January I moved the business to Prescott, Arizona, and nothing about that changed for our clients. Cloud-based VoIP means we set up, manage, and support your phone system remotely, with the same white-glove service across the street or across the country. Wherever you are, you get a phone system that just works and support that actually picks up the phone.
